You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to do anything that could harm the site, our business, or other users. You also agree not to copy, resell, or misuse our content, designs, or products. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block access if we suspect abuse, fraud, or behavior that crosses the line from dark humor into actual harm.

3. Orders & payments
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are at least the age of majority in your location, or have permission from a parent/guardian.
• The information you provide (shipping, billing, contact details) is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Prices, discounts, and availability may change at any time without notice. An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

4. Products, designs & availability
We do our best to display products, colors, and designs accurately, but screens vary and minor differences may occur. We may change, discontinue, or limit quantities of products at any time. Some items may sell out or become unavailable even after you place them in your cart; if that happens, we’ll let you know and may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

5. Intellectual property
All designs, logos, product names, text, images, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to OFMITA Apparel. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content or designs for any commercial purpose without our written permission. Wearing our shirts in public is encouraged; stealing the designs is not.

6. Refunds, exchanges & store credit
Our Refund Policy explains when refunds, exchanges, and store credit are available and how to request them. In short: refunds are mainly for damaged items, shipping issues, or clear mistakes on our end, and must usually be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Most washed or heavily worn items are not eligible for a refund. When refunds are approved, they are issued to the original payment method or as in-house store credit.

7. Shipping
Our Shipping Policy explains processing and delivery times in more detail. Generally, most orders ship within 2 business days, and delivery usually takes about 5–8 business days depending on your location and carrier performance. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

8. Accounts & security
If you create an account on this site, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you should update your password and let us know.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFMITA Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
