Refund Policy

Because Sometimes Humans Mess Up — Not Us

💸 When Do We Refund?

We offer refunds only if we mess up. That means:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • We somehow printed your shirt with a typo (even though GARB double-checked)

❌ When We Don’t Refund

No refunds if:

  • You changed your mind (that’s called buyer’s remorse, and it’s very human)

  • You ordered two “Certified Menace” tees because you’re that committed

  • Your cat knocked over the package and shredded your shirt (sorry, Mr. Whiskers)

  • You don’t like the way your “Smile… It’s the Second Worst Thing You Can Do with Your Face” tee fits your ego

🔄 How To Request a Refund

  1. Email returns@ofmita.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a sincere apology (optional but appreciated)

  3. Wait for Chris to review (he’s slow but fair)

  4. If approved, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days

🛑 Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • We don’t refund original shipping fees (because the USPS isn’t free)

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless we totally screwed up

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns — or don’t, and accept the consequences

⚠️ Exchanges

Want to swap your shirt for another design or size? Cool. Email us at returns@ofmita.com with the details. If you pass our “Not Dumb” test, we’ll help you out.
